These terms govern your use of flwrk. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. flwrk is operated by Behov.
flwrk uses passwordless sign-in: control of a phone number or email address is what proves who you are. Keep access to them secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use flwrk.
Do not use flwrk to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content; to send unsolicited bulk messages; to impersonate another person or business; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another account; or to interfere with the service's operation.
If you use a business phone line, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you message, and for honouring opt-out requests. Messaging law in your jurisdiction applies to you, not to us, and repeated complaints may result in a line being suspended.
You keep ownership of everything you send. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store, transmit and display your content to the people you send it to, and to make backups. We do not use your messages for advertising.
You are responsible for the content you send and for having the rights to send it.
Connecting an outside platform, or provisioning a phone number, brings a third party into the delivery path. Those services have their own terms, and their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third-party platform changing or withdrawing access.
Some features, including business phone numbers, are paid. Charges, billing period and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms and refund policy.
We aim to keep flwrk running and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be withdrawn. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using flwrk and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Behov is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of flwrk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If these terms change, the updated version will appear here with a new effective date. Continuing to use flwrk after that date means you accept the change.
